Q. When will I receive my order? All of our shirts are printed by hand and custom made at the time of ordering. *PROCESSING TIME: 7-14 Business days not including weekends and holidays.

Q. What shirt brand do you print on?

All shirts are made of 100% pre-shrunk cotton unless otherwise noted in the product description. This means, there will be little to no shrinkage when washed correctly. See care instructions below. 

Unisex shirts are true to size with a relaxed/loose fit. Ladies fitted sizes are more snug and fitted around the waist area with slightly shorter sleeves in comparison with the unisex shirts.

We highly suggest you take a look at the size chart section if you have any doubts.

Q. What type of printing process is used on your apparel?

All of our shirts are printed by hand and custom made at the time of ordering. We use primarily use screen printed heat transfer processes.

Are there any specific care instructions?

Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.

Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.
Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.

Q. What shipping method do you use?

Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.

Q. Do you offer package tracking?

Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped, except for International shipments. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.

Q. Why my Coupon code not working? 

If you are having difficulties with your coupon code please contact us as the code may no longer be valid. Please note that coupon codes cannot be combined with any other current offers, sales, or promotions.  

Q. My order has not been delivered. What should I do?

Please contact your local USPS. If after contacting the shipping provider you still need assistance regarding locating your order feel free to contact us at info@kywexpressions.com
